Art Exchequer

A new concept for buying and investing in art.
An investment in original artworks by Pablo Picasso in 1950 would have outperformed an equal investment in the stock market by 2000%.  But how to know which artwork to buy?  Art exchequer works on a simple concept. Purchase an original work of art from artexchequer.com and 10% of the selling price is reserved and assigned as value to your purchased work.  You immediately have a liquid investment property. Intellectual property rights are acquired and retained by Art Exchequer, and a variety of prints, posters, cards and calendars are made available for purchase.  25% of the purchase price of any printed work sold goes into the reserve fund for your original art.  Order cards or calendars featuring your purchased original and watch its value increase.  Work that sells more reproductions will increase in value.  Work that does not prove popular will simply retain its reserved value.  If the value reaches a great enough level you can sell it back to artexchequer.com for a profit.  Liquidity is limited only to shipping costs, so larger, heavier works of art represent greater risk.  Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
